At Cozy Loop Studio LLC, we're committed to getting your premium wool scarves to you quickly and safely. We've designed our shipping process to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition and on time.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 1 business day
  • Orders placed before 2 PM MST: Typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM MST: Processed the next business day
  • Weekends and Holidays: Orders are processed on the next business day

Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after processing

Cost: $5.99 for orders under $50

Cost: FREE for orders $50 and above

Tracking: Included with all orders

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after processing

Cost: $15.99

Tracking: Included with real-time updates

Availability: Limited to continental United States

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future.

  • Continental United States: Standard and Express shipping available
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Standard shipping only (additional 1-2 days)
  • PO Boxes: Accepted for Standard shipping
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO):strong> Standard shipping available

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Using the tracking number on the carrier's website

Package Security

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All scarves are carefully folded and placed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasionally issues may arise:

  • Lost Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 as our way of saying thank you for your business.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Before Processing: We can easily update your shipping address
  • After Shipment: Address changes may not be possible, but we'll work with you to find a solution

Shipping During Holidays

During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional time for processing and delivery. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely arrival for special occasions.
